Shipping Policy

All online orders must be received before 2 p.m. EST to be processed for next day delivery.

Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. SORRY, we cannot make deliveries on Mondays, Sundays, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day – and other National Holidays that fall on a Monday.

Saturday deliveries are not available online due to the limitations of availability of this service to all areas. If you must have Saturday delivery, please call the sales office at (858) 224-3118 to confirm your area eligibility and to place your order directly. Saturday Delivery Rate is an additional $15.00 surcharge.

Fresh Seafood Items may be subject to availability on a daily basis as our inventory can fluctuate hourly due to high sales volume. While we make every effort to manage this online inventory, we reserve the right to ship Fresh Seafood within 24-48 hours of your order placement. In order to maximize shipping, any other items placed with the Fresh Seafood will be held until the complete order is ready for shipment. In the event an item becomes unavailable or is delayed significantly, we will contact you directly to notify you.

All Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will be charged an additional $25.00 shipping fee.

Due to international regulations and customs delays, we are regretfully unable to ship to foreign countries.

We cannot process orders shipping to a PO Box. Please provide an accurate street address so our carriers can deliver.

Orders ship via UPS or FedEx depending upon your delivery area. In the instances where both perishable and non-perishable products are purchased in a single order, your total combined order will be shipped via Overnight Delivery to ensure optimal freshness.

DELIVERY

All our perishable products are shipped in our custom insulated packaging via Overnight Delivery to ensure optimal freshness. In the instances where both perishable and non-perishable products are purchased in a single order, your total combined order will be shipped via Overnight Delivery. You will receive a confirmation email directly from the carrier the day your order ships that will contain Tracking Information for your purchase – please provide a valid email address to receive this information.

AVOIR Caviar is not responsible for undelivered shipments. Therefore, to avoid delays in the event the recipient is not at home, we authorize delivery with a signature. Please make arrangements to receive your perishable goods in a timely manner.

PAYMENT

For your convenience, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

We guarantee that your order will arrive in excellent condition. All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon arrival and any claims must be made within 24 hours of the receipt of  the package. If you would like to request a credit or your order to be re-sent, here’s what to do:

        1) Take a digital photograph of the product.
        2) Put the product into your refrigerator or freezer as you normally would.
        3) Contact us immediately at (858) 224-3118 or email us at info@avoircaviar.com

If you place an order and subsequently cancel it, we may at our sole discretion, charge a 10% cancellation/re-stocking fee.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for products that spoil if there is not someone to receive your FedEx delivery on the date that you request it.
